Optimise Orientation
Designed with powerful algorithms, it generates an ideal build orientation based on user-specified criteria of Support angle, Support area, Support volume, and Build Height. The easy-to-use interface allows control of the orientation process with sliders and visual graphs.
Distortion Analysis
LPBF process is a rapid heating and cooling process, the printed part undergoes a change in volume while cooled down. This shrinkage results in a deviation in the dimensions of the printed part from the original geometry AMBuilder’s computes the distortion before the printing process and can correct the deformation by applying a pre-deformation in the opposite direction. It also has integrated algorithms that also calculate the heat and mechanical displacement of the part. The Distortion Analysis Module reduces the part failure probability making it a more reliable production system for complex geometry parts.
Support Generation
Designed to create and manipulate supports, ensures proper supports to reduce post-processing time, automatically generates the right type of support for the part once it is oriented and reduces distortion.
